45 appoints a man who has never tried a case and was rated 'not qualified by' the American Bar Association to a lifetime appointment to the federal bench.

Brett J. Talley was asked on his Senate questionnaire to disclose family members who are likely to present potential conflicts of interest if he is confirmed.

He failed to mention that his wife is one of President Trump’s attorneys.
Annie Donaldson is White House Counsel Donald McGahn’s chief of staff.

The Judiciary Committee approved Talley’s nomination on a party-line vote.

His nomination is now headed to the Senate for a full confirmation vote.

Mr. Talley is the fourth of 45's judicial nominees to be rated 'not qualified' by the ABA.

But he only hires the best people.
