When is the last time anyone was prosecuted for violating the Logan Act, psycho? If that's what Tribe is advocating, why didn't he demand that Obama be prosecuted?
And given that there's no crime Flynn committed beyond lying to the FBI, of course Trump has the Constitutional authority to dump Comey, and for many reasons beyond just the Flynn investigation.
Comey is a Beltway hack who violated Justice Dept. and FBI guidelines in order to let Hillary get away with her crimes, lied about the law which doesn't demand "intent" by her, betrayed Trump and lied under oath.
