In 2016 President Obama signed a bill into law that said that the federal government will no longer use the terms "Negro" and "Oriental."
The bill said that the official terms will be African-American and Asian-American.
The measure H.R.4238, passed unanimously in the House of Representatives and the Senate.

So of course if Obama did it, 45 has to undo it.
