When there were huge scandals and crimes committed under Clinton, did the Justice Dept. investigate Clinton or his officials?
Who appointed Robert B. Fiske the special counsel who was later replaced by Ken Starr to investigate the business dealings of the Whitewater Development Corp.?
That investigation led to Clinton's impeachment.
