Modern society rests on reasonably priced energy production, primarily petroleum based. Drilling can be done quite safely.
But Obama and you leftists have made exploration increasingly difficult to the degree you could. If it wasn't for fracking done almost entirely on private lands, energy prices would be extremely high and the economy would have been even worse under Obama than it was.
Only a wackjob or a liar would claim that regulations cannot be safely cut after almost 30 years of expansion.
