I never called Kristol or Will "fake conservatives." Will is a white gloved-priss who'd rather lose than get his hands dirty.

Kristol has become quite unhinged in many ways he's lashed out against Trump supporters in irrational and ugly ways.

I haven't seen much sign that Frum is conservative for many, many years now, so yes, I call him a Fake Conservative, based on his columns from long before Trump even ran.

I had considerable respect for Will, but have considered him to be a priss for a couple decades.

Same with Kristol. When he advocated many years ago that conservatives give up their quest to diminish the power of the federal government, he lost me completely. I have barely paid attention to him since.
