That was not illegal.
It happens all the time.
It's called incidental collection.
If enough surveilling is done on surreptitious or dishonest reasons, it's a criminal conspiracy. Combine that with the felonies committed to leak information obtained from this surveillance as clearly happened, it's a massive scandal.
And so was the repeated unmasking.
This wasn't an accident or some random spontaenous thing. It was done with malice aforethought, like so many scandals while Obama was president including the IRS scandal.
So the NYTimes was wrong when they reported that it was?45 specifically said that President Obama tapped HIS phones at Trump Tower.
That NEVER happened.
Never mind that proof is coming out almost daily.
