You mean you can look at that and NOT laugh?It does look kind of silly, since you can't see the room full of reporters that he was talking to.People use teleprompters because it comes across much better on TV, than constantly looking down at written notes.I just find this whole right wing meme about how Obama can't put together a coherent sentence, unless it's fed into a teleprompter, really funny. I guess they've never seen him do an interview. LOLMy siggies are meant to provoke, like a thumb in the eye.I guess sometimes they accomplish that mission.
