You have chosen to ignore all posts from: RichClem.Hey Clem, have you responded to this post yet, because I haven't seen it?....both members of Congress and the president swear an Oath to God to "uphold the Constitution," not to unconditionally obey SCOTUS decisions.Pray tell Puss, which body has the power to check the actions of the President and Congress and to tell them which of their actions are not allowed by the Constitution?Which body derives from its authority the power to invalidate legislation or executive actions which they consider to conflict with the Constitution?I don't think so.Riddle me this Puss....is it okay if President Obama just ignores SCOTUS decisions that he doesn't agree with?I seem to remember you saying that former President Bush had that right once.So was that just true in his case, or does it apply to a Democratic president as well?
