The Minority Party is shutting down the government by refusing to allow a vote on a budget, by forcing a non-budget item on the Majority Party.
Nor did Trump rescind it, liar. SCOTUS rescinded that blatant violation of the Constitution that Obama imposed.
Trump in contrast has urged Congress to resolve the issue, with other hugely important immigration issues. Unlike Obama, he's following the Constitution and the rule of law.
