I knew it had to be ****, so I finally decided to check it out.

First of all it talks about sections 704 and 705 of FISA, which have to do with U.S. persons who are outside of the U.S..
(So you're trying to make it look like Obama was spying on Trump or his cronies who were inside the U.S. is a bunch of ****.)
****. NSA Director Admiral Rogers traveled all the way to NY to warn Trump about the abuse.

After Trump immediately moved his transition team to a facility at his golf course.

And Congressional investigators have discovered wrongdoing including felonies using this secondary surveillance information.

You're a day late and $1 million bucks behind, trying to google when I've spent weeks citing breaking news.
And secondly, it talks about 'non-compliant queries' which does not necessarily mean that anything was illegal.

A compliance violation, just means that someone may not have strictly adhered to a guideline.
It does not mean that anyone abused their power, or broke a law.

Except that we are far, far, FAR beyond that point, psycho.

Nunes and every Republican who has seen the memo are all saying this is an abuse of power.

Journalists and public figures who know and trust them like Gingrich all agree.

You can see some examples of compliance violations here:

Inadvertent, unintentional and not willful.
Does that sound like an 'abuse of power' to you?
How the heck would that group know better than Admiral Rogers and the Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee?

Not to mention, it's dated last September, and what's revealed supersedes it.
