Oh, none at all, other than Obama breaking the US's promise to put missile defense in Eastern Europe.

Offering Russia a "reset button."

Doing nothing about Russia's interference in Syria.

Allowing them to buy American uranium mines against US interests.

Cutting the US military to a dangerously low level.

To cite just a few things Putin certainly liked.

So far the Trump administration has pursued a tough-on-Russia foreign policy.
