Can you imagine that they wanted to 'lock her up' because they said that she sent a couple of classified emails on her private server, and now they have a bunch of people with no security clearances with access to highly classified material every day?
Besides which, you're missing the point. She violated State Dept. protocol by INTENTIONALLY setting up an insecure server.
That according to Comey was likely hacked by foreign powers.
Before Strzok or someone cut that out of Comey's official statement.
She had the intent to violate the law.
