Believe it or not there are millions of people in this country who don't have a government issued ID.Coincidently most of the people who will be disenfranchised by these laws, are people who tend to vote for Democrats.Well actually it's not a coincidence at all. That's the idea.So how do you feel about the officials in South Carolina lying about the many 'zombie voters' to justify their law?Republicans are the ones who don't want all things even. They know that the more people that vote, the more chance that Democrats win. That's why Republicans have been in the business of voter suppression and voter disenfranchisment for years. They make no secret of it.Paul Weyrich, "father" of the right-wing movement and co-founder of the Heritage Foundation, Moral Majority and various other groups once said, "I don't want everybody to vote. Elections are not won by a majority of people, they never have been from the beginning of our country and they are not now. As a matter of fact, our leverage in the elections quite candidly goes up as the voting populace goes down."I have to say I don't believe it, and for voters in Virginia to just be able to hold up their hand and say who they are, and then be able to vote, is preposterous. In Florida, we have to show an ID such as a driver's license. I think that isn't good enough. We have illegal aliens voting here galore because of that. There should be a stricter requirement to be able to vote. My guess is that Democrats want illegals to vote, and they think they don't have good IDs, and that's why they're against the ID process. All the more reason proof of citizenship should be mandatory. As for voter suppression, I'm 100% for it, especially when those being suppressed have no legal right to vote, and shouldn't even be in this country at all (illegal aliens). No, duh.LIAR !!!
