How can anyone become elderly and never have had an ID. I swear some of the damned off the wall stuff y'all throw up as a defense. LOL. I agree. What bunch of crap this ID thing is. If they (of any age) can't go get themself an ID, tough! Problem is a lot of IDs are phony. I think they should have a biometric ID system that works fingerprints, eye retina scans and birth certificates. I'm not sure how they can completely secure it 100% that someone really is a citizen, but they could/should do a lot more than they're doing.
