He followed Democrats' refusal to seat Bush's nominees near the end of his presidency, almost all of them excellent.

Which SCOTUS seat did the Democrats Republicans leave open for 400 days, and which Bush SCOTUS nominee did they refuse to even meet with?

I guess you forgot how they blocked all of Obama's judicial nominees, which is why Harry Reid was forced to change the rules.
Now they are stacking the courts with far right partisan judges.
