He's full of ****, of course. Had Dems informed Grassley months ago, a confidential FBI investigation could have been done. But Feinstein and Dems wanted to spring a last minute trap to delay the vote until after the election.
And given the utter lack of detail, it's effectively impossible to do an investigation, never mind that this would politicize the FBI.
Ford has chosen to be part of the corrupt Democrat political machine. She knows facts are so sparse she could never be prosecuted, so she's safe from any investigation. She can either testify under the conditions she's given by the Senate or refuse to.
And only leftist wackjobs care what that hack Schmidt says on behalf of Democrats.
