Because even though Democrats get more votes than Republicans, it's still an uphill battle for them to take over Congress due to Republican gerrymandering and voter supression.
Were I you, I would not gloat so much about 'winning' because it's a hollow victory when you have to win by cheating.
Democrats get more votes than Republicans in congressional elections.
And several states including my own have been forced by the courts to redraw their congressional districts because of partisan gerrymandering.
And BTW, she did get 3 million more votes than 45.
