So, there's a strong chance she could beat Rush big time.From the OP..this would be damaging beyond words for him, the PIG IN CHIEF:A libel action against him would require that he be deposed and compelled to disclose under oath how he chose her as a target and what prompted him to denigrate her as a slu*t and prostitute.
