No. What they did essentially was create a fair system though rather than try to sort the bad from the good. As much as I'd like to strangle the court, it's about as reasonable of a thought as you can come to with abortion in mind. So, despite my disgust - I have to agree with it.Prior to the discussion of it being a 'protected right' I was referring to social implications. Not government.
