Think of it in literal terms darling. Do you think that the supreme court would rule in favor of that if you were to outline in it in such a tone? No. What they did essentially was create a fair system though rather than try to sort the bad from the good. As much as I'd like to strangle the court, it's about as reasonable of a thought as you can come to with abortion in mind.
