Barr, a public servant of high integrity whose integrity has never been questioned that I recall.
Baghdad Barr has misled Congress before in 1989 when he wrote an OLC memo summarizing the 'principal conclusions' of a D.O.J. ruling.
It was discovered several years later when the full memo was released that he had left out several of those 'principal conclusions.'
Apparently he sucks at writing summaries.
