What I am claiming is that Trump put these kids in detention without any planning for how to take care of them.

That is no ones fault but his.
He makes the policy, not ICE, Border Patrol or HUD.

Cruelty is the policy, because he and his little buddy Stephen Miller think it will be a deterrent to stop people from coming here to claim asylum.

FYI the acting CBP Commissioner John Sanders has resigned after just a few months on the job.
It's total **** chaos.
