In 2014 there was a huge surge in the number of unaccompanied Central American minors (adolescents) arriving at the US-Mexico border.
Because there weren't enough shelter facilities, some kids ended up in Border Patrol lock-ups.
But they were moved out of those lock-ups as swiftly as possible.
That is a far cry from what Trump is doing now.
He is holding children, many of whom have family members in this country indefinitely.
Many of them are toddlers who did not come here unaccompanied, which means that he is still separating children from their families.
I highly doubt that toddlers still in diapers are making the trek from Central America through Mexico all alone.
And they are being held indefinitely, in facilities run by private companies who were given no bid contracts.
We pay them $750 dollars a day for each child, and yet the kids are living in squalor and going hungry.
This is NOT happening on Obama's watch you filthy liar.
These children are being used as political pawns and abused by the current occupant in the WH.
It is long past time for you to stop blaming Obama for the **** that the orange skidmark is doing.
This is on him, and on his Deplorable supporters like you, who lie and cover for him no matter what he does.
But the worst is supporting his treatment of young innocent chidren.
There is a special place in hell for people who would treat children this way, and you belong there right along with him.
