She tried to insert herself into a conversation between French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Theresa May, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Christine Lagarde, the French head of the International Monetary Fund, and came off looking like an idiot.
She has absolutely no foreign policy or diplomatic experience and was not Senate confirmed.
So she has no business negotiating or dealing with foreign leaders.
