James Comey won’t be prosecuted by Justice Department over leaked memos.
The Justice Department will not prosecute fired FBI Director James Comey for leaking memos following a referral from the department’s inspector general, according to a report Thursday.
“Everyone at the DOJ involved in the decision said it wasn’t a close call,” an official familiar with the deliberations told Fox News.
“They all thought this could not be prosecuted.”
