Because it's obvious that the "whistle blower" is a corrupt Deep State hack who abused the law.
The law only applies to intelligence activity. Trump's conversation was not. It was private and classified communication with a foreign leader.
The law applies only to members of the intelligence community. Trump is not.
Until a couple months ago, whistle blower accounts had to be first hand.
The IG, a close associate of that lying snake Comey and corrupt Mueller changed the statute in August to allow 2nd and 3rd hand accounts.
Why? Because he's a corrupt former close associate of that snake / criminal James Comey and the corrupt Mueller and is trying to smear Trump and provide yet another Fake Crime to the corrupt Democrat Party for their impeachment clown show.
