He has publicly asked both Ukraine and China to open investigations into Joe Biden and his son.

That is a far cry from the FBI looking into Paul Manafort during the 2016 election.

If Trump thought that the Bidens did something illegal, then he should have made a criminal referral to the DOJ or the FBI.

Instead he sent Giuliani and his goons Lev and Igor, and Sondland to extort the president of Ukraine and made the military aid approved by Congress contigent on Zelinsky publicly announcing that he was opening an investigation into the Bidens.
