Trump said he was fulfilling a campaign promise by pulling our troops out of Syria.
Except they are not coming home.
They are going to Iraq.
And he is sending thousands more troops to Saudi Arabia, because he says the Saudis will pay for them.
So I guess our troops are mercenaries for hire now.
