Alan Dershowitz, 2020:
"When you have somebody who, for example, is indicted for a crime, let's assume you have a lot of evidence but the grand jury simply indicts for something that's not a crime, and that's what happened here."
So in 1998, you didn't need a crime to impeach, but in 2020 you do.
**** hypocrite.
The crime in 98 was perjury. What's the crime in 20?
Well here's one.
One of the crimes that Roger Stone was convicted of.
Obstruction of Congress.
18 U.S. Code § 1505.
Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and
committees.

In 1998, both Lindsey Graham and Dershowitz said that you don't actually have to commit a crime to be impeached.
Both have now done a complete 180.
