He didn't claim EP but he ordered everyone in his administration not to honor their subpoenas.
And except for those courageous people who risked their careers by defying his order, most of them did what he said.
You would think that if those who had the most knowledge had any exculpatory evidence, he would be anxious to have them testify.
But that's not the case.
He wants them to remain quiet.
I know what inferences I draw from that.
