The courts decide, and Roberts agreed to a greatly accelerated schedule.
When did he agree to that? Link?

And even if he did, how long before it gets to the SCOTUS?
McGahn was subpoenaed last March and it hasn't gotten to SCOTUS yet.
Roberts can't rush the lower courts.
