See United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974).
It was a landmark United States Supreme Court case that resulted in a unanimous decision against President Richard Nixon, ordering him to deliver tape recordings and other subpoenaed materials to a federal district court.
And if the House wanted to see those Executive Privilege documents so badly, then they should have gone to court to order it, just like they did against Nixon!
That court argument is a red herring.
They tried that in the case of former WH Counsel Don McGahn.
He was subpoenaed last March, and even though a federal court ordered him to comply with the subpoena, Trump is still fighting it.
