Has Durham convened a grand jury yet?
And if not, why not?
If he has anything then why doesn't he just convene a grand jury and bring the charges already?
I think they are just dragging this out for Sniffles to use as a campaign issue.
He needs to point to other's supposed corruption to deflect from his own, just like he did in 2016.
