Barr is prosecutor shopping looking for U.S Attorneys that will do the bidding of Sniffles, namely prosecute his perceived enemies and protect his friends and allies.
And FYI. Attorneys General rarely if ever get involved in sentencing recommendations, but Barr has now gotten involved in two of them, coincidentally both political allies of the IMPOTUS.
