"It is a failing. Let's admit it," Dr. Fauci says of coronavirus testing capacity.
"Frankly, the testing has been going very smooth," Trump boasted to reporters this afternoon.
He added, "We've done a good job on testing."
Both of those things can't be true.
Which one is not?
So as recently as yesterday he said that the testing was going very smoothly, but today he blames the CDC and Obama for the problems with testing. (As if he hasn't been running the government for over three years.)
So is there a problem or not?
