They once challenged a neighbor at gun point to stay off a piece of property they claim belongs to them.
They are suing over that piece of property.
The defendants in the case are the trustees of Portland Place, who say a triangle of land that the McCloskeys claim as their own actually belongs to the neighborhood.
They seem to think that the sidewalks and the streets belong to them too.
