The U.S. has only 4% of the world's population but has 25% of the world's COVID cases.
We are doing worse than most other countries.
Unlike S. Korea, which allocated that responsibility to the private sector, Obama allocated it to the government, which promptly failed, of course.
Trumps performance on Covid has been excellent.
And the US has among the lowest mortality rates in the world.
