That's just stunningly dishonest.

All it takes is five judges willing to gradually eliminated it, and there are already four quite willing to do so.

Liberal judges are perfectly willing to violate many of Americans' God given rights.

Judges can't eliminate the Second Amendment you gaping asshole.
The Constitution would have to be amended.

How To Amend The Constitution 

Step 1: Two-thirds of both houses of Congress pass a proposed constitutional amendment.
This sends the proposed amendment to the states for ratification.

Step 2: Three-fourths of the states (38 states) ratify the proposed amendment, either by their legislatures or special ratifying conventions.
