Gun show loophole. Google it. and what good would it do to close the loophole? if an individual purchase is going to happen outside the set-up booths of the show, they could easily just make the deal verbally and then walk across the street and make the actual exchange. having security in the building itself to monitor that no personal transactions happen would stop nothing.
