Sometimes he Tweets over 100 times in a 24 hour period.
Second, you have no idea if he personally writes those tweets or just dictates them to someone who types them in.
Even Fox reporters who don't seem very fond of him have said that.

If you bothered to read his Tweets you would see that he Tweets just like he talks, so yes.....he does write those Tweets.
Every so often someone on his staff does write a Tweet for him, mostly when he has to express some kind of empathy, which he is totally incapable of, like when a Democrat dies, and it is very obvious that he doesn't write those kinds of Tweets.
