The ACORN videos were not the only ones that were proven to be highly and deceptively edited.
Almost everyone on the campaign was having contact with Russians and they all lied about it, but to you that's all perfectly innocent.

He was tasked with finding that a conspiracy took place, which he was unable to do because witnesses lied to him, used encrypted apps to communicate and destroyed evidence (which I'm sure most innocent people do).
That was also in the report and you would know that had you bothered to read it.
