The gal in the video is leading the charge on behalf of a minor third party who was included in the indictment. If this kills the indictment - and it will, I predict, - it will have been the DETECTIVE work of a brilliant young lawyer of a minor party who was offered - and declined - a 5k fine and a misdemeanor conviction (plus turning state's evidence) in exchange for having the felony charges dropped.
It's all manifest in the video I posted in the OP. It takes a couple of hours to watch it - but it is endlessly entertaining. And it's not like ya gotta watch it all in one sitting. Just open it in a window and prepare to get hooked.
