There's your 'small government' party in action. A woman has no right to know if the fetus she is carrying is healthy or not. After all, she's too stupid to make an informed decision on her own. Surprise? Remember that healthy baby you were expecting? I'm sure the next bill introduced will be a bill that provides all kinds of assistance for parents raising a child with special needs. so you hate retard kids and want them to die?
