You took my statement beyond it's intent. If I assault a person with the intention to have their head shatter like something out of a mortal kombat video game but only end up splitting their lip, I would not be charged with attempted murder. These idiots had no capacity or capability to overthrow the government. Law enforcement investigations have concluded as much.
