When there are far less than the current 72% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck as they are now.
When you stop throwing trillions of dollars at the hoax of "climate change" and stop giving hundreds of billions to fight a war in Ukraine where we have ZERO interests, and stop inviting millions of poor illegals into the country that you give hundreds of millions to in the form of free healthcare, free education, free debit cards, free smartphones, free hotel accommodations, free food, free social security, and free travel to.
When you stop killing the fossil fuel industries with new regulations by opening up more US land to drilling and fracking to reduce energy costs. 
And when you have a president who will stop raising taxes and adding thousands of new regulations on the business sector that creates jobs and stop hiring thousands of new government bureaucrats to the payroll every **** month!

THEN you will truly have a GROWING ECONOMY!
