That is a fallacy.....

There is something called "common decency" that every true "civilized"....civilization that has ever come into being ..MOSTLY adheres too...
and encompasses...
civility, correctness, courtesy, decorum, dignity, good manners, honesty,  modesty, propriety, righteousness,  laws and virtue.......
Without those ....No "True" civilization could arise....EVER....
According to the human condition.....you have no faith in ....
