Seems like people are **** lazy or stupid.

Interestingly, these registrations are pulled off a correlation between property tax and voter rolls. The addresses are places like Walmart, USPS, empty lots, etc. which are all ineligible as they must be a residence...
when mail in ballots come in, no one verifies what's at the address, so it's a legitimate registration to them...it's fugly...
