Should we subsidies Florida cutting taxes by blue states bailing out red states after hurricanes?

I think we should scrap the Section Ape Housing Program 100 percent and redirect those funds to help just White People in distress.
Same goes for the free HIV and Drug treatments that Liberals get.
Those genetic dead end / losers are going to die any way...why use Tax Payer money to prolong the agony...?
