My 83 yr old Canadian father in law says it is the worst he remembers and has delayed his spring trip down here because he is afraid of flooding while he is gone.
My poor husband. He had to dig out a path behind the house so the Propane company could make a delivery last week, and look at the tank now.
Hopefully we won't need another delivery for a while.
